Health, safety and environment
A safe workplace
Management is responsible for a healthy and safe workplace. Systematic risk assessment and preventive measures guide workshop and installation activities.
Learning from incidents
Accidents and unwanted incidents are reported and investigated so that measures can prevent recurrence. Responsibilities and routines are documented.
Resources and environmental practices
We work to reduce waste, use resources efficiently and prevent pollution, supported by monitoring and supplier follow-up.
Values and ethical principles
Integrity, honesty, openness and professionalism guide our work. We expect accurate commercial records, reject corrupt practices and respect human rights and equal opportunities. These expectations also apply to suppliers and partners.
