2. Enquiries and attachments
When you use our enquiry form, we receive your name, company, email address, enquiry subject and message. You may also provide a telephone number, project name, industry and attachments such as drawings, specifications or photos.
The form sends the information and any attachments as an email enquiry to post@glassfiber.no through Odoo. We use these to understand your requirements, answer questions and follow up the enquiry by email or telephone.
Please only include information and files relevant to your enquiry.
3. Customer account, shop and orders
Customer login and the customer portal use account and contact information to give you access to your customer relationship and available documents. The shop uses a session to maintain your basket.
When an order is placed, the relevant information includes company and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order lines and invoice/payment status. This information supports quotations, order processing, delivery, invoicing and customer follow-up. The payment method currently offered is invoice.
Emails concerning your enquiry, account or order may contain the corresponding contact information and correspondence.
4. Chat and technical website data
If you use the chat, the messages and any contact details you provide are processed to assist you. The chat function also uses browser storage, including recent page history and information used to continue a conversation.
Use of the website involves technical data such as IP address, browser information, language, session identifiers and visited pages. Odoo also has visit and product-view functions; visits by logged-in users can be associated with their customer contact. These functions support website operation and customer follow-up.
5. Cookies and embedded content
Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies, browser storage and choices available to you. Optional cookies are controlled through the cookie banner.
The contact page contains a Google Maps map, and some articles contain YouTube videos. These embedded services require your acceptance of optional cookies before they load. When loaded, the service receives technical information, including your IP address and browser information.
Links to LinkedIn profiles are ordinary external links. They do not load an embedded LinkedIn widget on this website.
6. Your rights
You can contact us to request access to your personal data or correction of inaccurate information. Depending on the applicable conditions, you may also have the right to erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn. Cookie choices can be changed on the Cookie Policy page.
