Materials for different requirements
GPO-3
Glass-reinforced polyester laminate for electrical insulation. We supply sheets that can be machined into components. Check flame and arc properties against the data sheet for the selected grade.
G-10
Glass cloth and epoxy combined in a laminate for mechanical and electrical applications. Assess the material against loads, moisture and insulation requirements.
G-11
An epoxy glass laminate for demanding technical components. Temperature and loading requirements must be assessed against documented product properties.
FR-4
An epoxy glass laminate that can be considered where flame performance is required. Confirm the appropriate grade and documentation before selecting the material.

Which material fits your application?
Electrical and mechanical requirements
Specify the function, electrical requirements, loads and fixing method. Material data alone does not establish the performance of the complete installation.
Operating environment
Assess temperature, moisture and chemical exposure together. Properties of one grade must not be assumed to apply to all laminates.
Fabrication and documentation
Send dimensions, tolerances and machining requirements. Clarify any flame-performance requirements and product-specific data sheets before ordering.
From sheet to finished component
We can assist with cutting, drilling, milling and CNC machining to drawings. Sheets and laminates can be fabricated into insulating supports, partitions, bushings and spacers. Material, geometry and tolerances are agreed before the component is manufactured.
Rods, threaded rods, nuts and washers can form part of the delivery where the selected material and construction meet the requirements. Components are assessed against drawings and specifications.
Technical documentation
Request a data sheet for the specific material grade and size. Electrical properties, flame performance and other requirements must be checked against documentation for the product to be supplied.
