Handrail delivered to AF Gruppen – Mantena train workshop

In 2011, Glassfiber Produkter supplied and installed NorRail railings in the train workshop to Mantena AS, Sundland.

About 300 m with fixed railings and section railings for easy removal was delivered. The railing must be readily disassembled for maintenance and repair of new Flirt trains. Due to the danger of high voltage it is selected electrically insulating railings which also has high strength and low weight.

Mantena AS carries out repairs, modifications and maintenance of all types of electrical and mechanical components in various rail vehicles. Modern plant has facilities and equipment for the proper maintenance. See their corporate presentation at the bottom.
