Grating for Gina Krog and Mariner

Chinagrate Composite Structures has signed a contract with DSME (Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering CO., Ltd) in South Korea for delivery of gratings and stair treads to Statoil projects Gina Krog and Mariner. Overall it will be delivered 9,000 square meters grating distributed 2500 Gina Krog and 6500 to Mariner. Grating profile based on phenol as binder, have exterior UV-resistant coating and is electrically conductive to avoid static buildup. The Grating is tested and certified according to EN 13463-1-2001 “Non- electrical equipment for potentially explosive atmospheres per EN 50014:1997”.

Production is underway and will be completed during the first half of 2015.
